Cliffs Handicap 1st March

The annual Cliffs Handicap will be on Sunday 1st March at 10.30 - get down to register your time from 9.45.

It's the usual format - predict your time and get as close as possible without a watch or timing device. If you must run with a watch, then please secrete it about your person.
