Distance: 4 x approx 4k legs - approximately 50% of the route is off-road, it is not a lap of Regatta Lake.

Teams: To be 2 x Male and 2 x Female

Prizes: Senior, Veteran (40+) and Junior (13-17) teams

Parking: £5 per car, please car share where possible.
