Cross Country
During the winter months, the club enters teams in two cross country leagues.
The North Midlands series runs from October to January with races on Saturday afternoons involving teams from across the midlands.
The East Midlands series generally runs in the early part of the new year with races on Sunday mornings involving teams from the Nottingham and Derby area.
North Midlands League
Women start at 1.50, men at 2.20.
