Our track session is at Toot Hill Sports Centre (The Banks, Bingham, NG13 8BL) on a Tuesday night at 8pm. The sessions are free to club members.

Sunday 30th June - County Development League, Newark
Wednesday 17th July - HPRC Track Night, Toot Hill Sports Centre (Bingham)
Tuesday 13th August - Bingham 5000m, Toot Hill Sports Centre (Bingham)
Sunday 1st September - County Development League, Berry Hill
County Development League timetable available here - all you have to do for these events is turn up on the day, pick up a race number, and get stuck in to as little or as much as you like. These races are perfect for beginners. No pre-entry required (unlike all other events).
Competition rules

Separate league for men and women.

1st male and female HP runner at each race get 5 points, 2nd gets 4 points, 3rd 3 points, 4th 2 points and all other finishers 1 point. The exception to this is the Bingham 5000m and the Night of the Mile PBs as these are single-race events; here the points will be 10 points for 1st, 9 for 2nd etc.

At each event, your best 2 races will count; best 4 events to count to your league score. You can take part in as many or as few races as you like at each event! Relay races and field events don’t count but feel free to get involved in these.

All events will be FREE to HPRC members to take part in, entry details will be released in due course, keep an eye on club emails, Running Free and the club Facebook group page.
