There is a public car park, toilets are portaloos in the carpark of the country park.

The run starts and finishes in the centre of the park (Field of Hope), takes 5 minutes to walk to from the car park and completes 2 clockwise laps. The course is mostly flat on paths and grass over a distance of 4 miles. It is a multi-terrain course with some uneven surfaces and potholes.
