Parking: Parking is past the main entrance of the National Water Sports Centre, off Adbolton Lane.  A new ANPR system has been installed so please follow the signed instructions in the car park regarding payment.   Parking will now need to be paid via https://parkpcm.co.uk/index.php – location 4455.  

Toilets are located on the waterside near the finish line tower and in the boathouse at the end of the lake.  Please DO NOT congregate in the reception area.

The race starts at the side of the lake below the main building and finishes near the scoreboard. This is a measured 10K course following one large lap of the lake going out onto the road and returning to the lakeside to complete another half lap. The surface is all tarmac but be aware of speed bumps and potholes. There is a short section of grass to the finish.

IMPORTANT this race contains a section of public road and park roads which are not closed to traffic.  Follow instructions given by marshals and keep left at all times. In line with England Athletic race rules the wearing of headphones is not allowed.
