We are a road, cross country and fell running club and welcome men and women of all abilities. We currently have a membership of around 200. We meet at the National Water Sports Centre, West Bridgford, Nottingham on Mondays and Thursdays from 6.45 to run at 7.00.

Cliffs Handicap
And the winner is… Matthew Grainge, a mere 3 seconds off his predicted time. Congratulations on his first win.
There were also new club records for Graham Moffatt and Howard Partridge.
Torch Runs
The next Torchlight runs are on the 6th and 20th February club nights. Just come down as usual for a club night but bring your head torch. The routes will be chosen on the night and the pace will be set to suit the group.
Club Records update
There’s an update to the men’s road records after the Cliffs on Sunday. There’s also a catchup of several new records Howard set in 2011, a new V65 5K for John Oldfield out in Australia and finally a rare track record update.
