Please be there in good time for your race. For late entries it is recommended you arrive no later than 9am for 10k and 10.15 for fun run. There are very limited changing facilities - i.e. only the area within toilets/ shower blocks, so please come ready to run.

Unfortunately there are no facilities for bag storage at the race, however the car park is close to the start area for both races. There will be a “drop box” system available for car keys if needed - please ask at the registration desk.

There will be bins provided for litter near car park and start/finish areas, please use these those located within the park itself for any litter.

There will be goody bags to all finishers and prizes to category winners.

There will be one drinks station mid way on the 10k course and refreshments at the finish.

Results will be posted here after the event (hopefully within 24-48hours)

http://tbn3.google.com/images?q=tbn:CBQDtd7Dv85rrM:http://www.gottoast.com/shop/images/5.5pawprint.jpgFrom Radcliffe road (A52) take right (from West Bridgford/Trent Bridge) or L (from Bingham/Radcliffe) turn at traffic lights onto Stragglethorpe Road, this will be signed to Cotgrave.

Follow the road round past a sharp L hand bend, carry straight on (do not take the road on RHS signed Cotgrave by the Shepherds Inn)

The road continues round a series of bends as you see a farm house on LHS, turn R here onto Hollygate Road. If you reach the traffic lights at A46 junction you have gone too far!

About 300 yards down the road on RHS you will see scout hut driveway and directions into the car park.

NB Please refrain from parking on the road around here as it is a narrow and fast road, there is plenty of parking on the field provided which is adjacent to the park start/finish area.

There is very limited parking further down Hollygate Road in country park car park- this is reserved for /disabled  access /public access to park and emergency vehicle access.

Continue until traffic lights at cross roads ( petrol station on LHS and road to Cropwell Bishop) Turn right onto Stragglethorpe Road towards Cotgrave, then take first left onto Hollygate Road and follow directions from here into car park as given above.
