The fee for the full series includes the t-shirt.

Entries on the night are accepted if the entry limit for each race (500) has not been reached. All courses are accurately measured, permit courses. All races start at 7.15 - please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start, longer if you need to enter.

If you don't have much experience of races or even running at all then don't worry, you will receive plenty of vociferous encouragement from our marshalling team to keep you going throughout the race series. Each race has a good spread of ability and age and hopefully all competitors will enjoy their participation even when exhausted!

The total prize fund for the series this year amounts to £1145. All prizes, spot prizes and t-shirts (for those entering the full series) will be handed out in the Centenary Bar at the Nottingham Racecourse immediately after the last race at Colwick Park. Keep hold of your number for the Spot Prize draw at the prize-giving.

Only one individual prize per runner. Highest value prize will be awarded. Individual prizes are cash, team prizes are cash or vouchers.

For club runners, complete the entry form as normal ensuring that you enter all four races to be eligible for the team prizes.

For non-club runners, enter a team name in the "Club/Team Name" section of the entry form making sure that your two team mates enter the same team name! More than three people can enter under the same team name but only three members will count towards the prizes. The three counters must do all four races.
